Our Story
Ev-Com is a Terrace-based, Canadian-owned carrier. We run our own internet, our own mobile core, and we answer our own phones. That's the whole pitch.
Why we exist
Northwest BC has been treated like an afterthought by the big carriers for decades. Prices that belong in Vancouver, support centres that belong nowhere, and outages that nobody local can fix.
Ev-Com was incorporated in April 2025 with one goal β give this region the carrier it actually deserves. A month later we signed up our first residential internet customer. In July we won a spectrum licence. In January 2026 we became a full wireless carrier.
We own the equipment, we own the network, and we answer to our customers β not a board in Toronto.
How we run the company
If you call us, someone in Terrace picks up. No scripts, no queue transfer to another continent.
We aren't reselling someone else's network. We raise the steel, we run the backhaul, we pay the power bill.
No contracts. No "promo ends in month 13" games. What the plan says is what you pay.
Our coverage map shows where we cover and where you're on roaming. No hand-wavy "nationwide" maps.
GPS-based dynamic E911 on every line, Canada-wide. Compliant with CRTC 2017-182.
We sell you service, not your location history or your browsing. Read the privacy policy β it's short.
